What is the pe expo day schedule?

⭐PreK: 8 AM - 9 AM

⭐Kinder: 9 AM - 10:30 AM

⭐1st: 9 AM - 11 AM

⭐2nd: 9:15 AM - 11:15 AM

⭐3rd: 9:30 AM - 11:30 AM

⭐4th: 9:45 AM - 11:45 AM

⭐5th: 10 AM - 12 PM

How do I prepare my student?

⭐Students must bring their LABELED water bottle.
⭐Students may wear any athletic bottoms and athletic shoes.
⭐Students should wear their class shirts/color given by the teacher.
⭐Students should come to school with sunscreen and bug spray already applied.

school logistics

⭐We will NOT ALLOW lunch guests on Thursday, May 1.
⭐If you plan to leave with your child, they must return to class and be checked out at the front office. You cannot leave the event with your child.

⭐There will not be any strings private lessons due to PE Expo Day activities.

⭐Spectators may ONLY BE OUTSIDE OF IRON GATE! Please see the map in the section below the red line.
⭐Only volunteers who have checked in will be allowed on the field.
⭐Please be mindful of parking. Please see the map in the section below the red line.

Volunteer logistics

⭐All Volunteers must check in at the front of the school. You will not be allowed to enter if you are not on the approved list.
⭐You MUST CHECK IN AND OUT at the volunteer table if you volunteer for multiple shifts.
⭐If you are not VIPS approved, you will not be allowed to volunteer; you will be emailed if you are not approved.
