The Annual Auction Gala is our biggest and most exciting fundraising event of the year, directly benefiting Parker’s students and staff. Funds raised support classroom materials, outdoor improvements, teacher appreciation gifts, and help supplement our school’s budget so we can continue to provide every student with an exceptional educational experience. Every dollar raised makes a meaningful impact, helping ensure that each child at Parker Elementary is supported as they learn, grow, and thrive.

Get ready for big sparkle and even bigger energy at this year’s Auction Gala with a theme you won’t forget: DISCO RODEO! Lace up your boots, grab your glitter, and two-step your way into the most dazzling night of the year.
Join us on Friday, February 27th, from 6:30–10:30 PM at the Cohen House at Rice University for an unforgettable evening featuring dinner, two drink tickets, dancing, table games, and exciting silent and live auctions. Child care at Westbury Baptist is included with your ticket, so you can enjoy the night worry-free.
This is your chance to dress to impress, hit the dance floor, and bid on amazing items—all while supporting our favorite elementary school. Let’s disco, let’s rodeo, and let’s make a difference together! 💃🕺✨
Tickets
Ticket Price: $99 per person (early bird pricing)
In addition to the event entry, which includes the live auction, each ticket includes dinner, two drink tickets, table games, and childcare provided by the Westbury Baptist Church team. Last day to purchase tickets is Friday February 13th.
Reserved Seating
When you purchase a reserved table, you will receive a table sign featuring your name or your company’s name, along with 8 additional drink tickets for your guests.
Only three tables are available. If you would like your company logo displayed on the table, please email it to parkerauctiongala@gmail.com.

How to be a Part of the Fun?
Why Volunteer at the Auction?
Volunteering at the auction is a fun and easy way to connect with our Parker community. It is a great chance to meet new families, catch up with familiar faces, and see everyone dressed up for the big night. Even if you are not attending the auction, there are plenty of ways to help and be part of the excitement.
Volunteer opportunities are available before the event, at the February PTO meeting, the morning of the auction, and during the event itself. Shifts are short and flexible, making it an easy way to jump in, lend a hand, and say hello to friends.

Each grade level is creating a themed basket that will be displayed and available for bidding at the auction. Families should have received details from room parents, with additional information listed below. Contributions can be made by purchasing an item from a wish list or by donating funds.
