Farewell 5th Grade Celebration

To help offset the costs of upcoming celebration events, we kindly ask each 5th grade family to contribute $25.

Payment Options:

• Online (preferred): Please use the provided link within Forms.
• Cash: You may send cash in a sealed envelope with your child’s name clearly written on it and submit it to their homeroom teacher.

If sending cash, please label the envelope Attention: Caroled Medina.
