We are so excited about the 2025 Parker PTO Auction Gala on February 21st! We've compiled some of our most frequently asked questions into one handy newsletter, and we hope to see you there!

It is an event designed to raise funds for Parker PTO, which supports us with resources for our school, staff, and community. It supplements our school’s budget to give every student a unique educational experience at Parker. It’s an opportunity for a social gathering for adults to have fun while supporting an excellent cause. 

• The Online Auction is available to anyone starting a few days before the auction. You do not have to physically attend the auction gala to bid on these items. 

• There will be a Silent Auction at the venue. Guests will browse a variety of grade-level baskets and place bids. Socials will also be available for bidding. A few spots will be available on Monday after the auction for those who cannot attend.

• The Live Auction, with an actual auctioneer at the Gala, is an exciting part of the night. Items are sold to the highest bidder in real time. It’s fast-paced and fun to watch. For example, one item for bid: display your college flag by Spark Park.

• There are many ways to participate. You can enjoy a night out and bid on auction items if you like. You can also try your luck at some table games if that sounds exciting. There will be dealers to help teach you how to play! Come enjoy a night out with friends and come meet some new friends!

• You can purchase tickets through the 🔗Auction Gala page on the PTO website.

• Tickets are $99 per person through January 24th.

• After that, tickets will be $120 each.

• Each ticket includes dinner, two drink tickets, table games, and childcare provided by the Westbury Baptist Church team. 

Donated goods or services include gift baskets, local business gift certificates, or school-related items.

We ask that each GRADE LEVEL contribute a basket that will be displayed and available for purchase by bidding at the venue.

Monetary donations can be made via Zelle. Our auction team will purchase items to include in the baskets.

• Wine & Whiskey Pull: Bottles of $20 and up are donated. The bottles are wrapped, so participants don’t know what they’re getting until after they make their selection. Do you have a bottle to donate? Drop it off at 5615 Portal Dr before February 18th. 

• Heads/ Tail Raffle: We flip a coin, and participants choose heads or tails. We keep going until there is one winner. 

• Table Games: Your ticket will include chips to play table games. We will have craps, blackjack, and roulette. Table games are for entertainment purposes only. Chips carry no monetary value, nor will there be cash winnings. Raffle prizes will be awarded.

Es un evento diseñado para recaudar fondos para Parker PTO, que nos apoya con recursos para nuestra escuela, personal y comunidad. Complementa el presupuesto de nuestra escuela para brindar a cada estudiante una experiencia educativa única en Parker. Es una oportunidad para una reunión social para adultos para divertirse mientras apoyan una excelente causa. 

• La subasta en línea está disponible para cualquier persona unos días antes de la subasta. No es necesario asistir físicamente a la gala de la subasta para ofertar por estos artículos. 
• Habrá una Subasta Silenciosa en el lugar. Los invitados explorarán una variedad de canastas de nivel de grado y harán ofertas. Las redes sociales también estarán disponibles para ofertar. Algunos cupos estarán disponibles el lunes después de la subasta para aquellos que no puedan asistir.
• La subasta en vivo, con un subastador real en la gala, es una parte emocionante de la noche. Los artículos se venden al mejor postor en tiempo real. Es rápido y divertido de ver. Por ejemplo, un artículo para ofertar: exhibir la bandera de su universidad en el Spark Park.
