  1. Fill out BOTH the waiver and google doc form BEFORE the auction. 
  2. Bring CASH if you want more drinks beyond your drink tickets. 
  3. Time: 6:30pm-10:30pm, kids must be picked up before 11pm.

Childcare: Provided childcare will be through Westbury Baptist Church, 10425 Hillcroft Street. If you decide to use childcare, please fill out both forms (linked in #1 above).  A light snack and water will be provided for the kids.  Feel free to bring in your own labeled water bottle if you like. There is no dinner, so please make sure to feed your kids prior. You will drop off in the back parking lot at the Family Life Center, located off Rampart starting at 6:00pm. Be sure to pick up your child before 11pm.

 

Attire: Choose a decade of prom attire!! Here are some ideas. Get creative because there'll be plenty of photo opportunities with our 360 photo booth and photo backdrop!! Be sure to wear your dancing shoes. We will have DJ and plenty of space on the dance floor! If you want to a corsage or boutonniere, Elaine's Florist on Beechnut can sell them to you. You will need to preorder.  She's a local florist who graciously donated corsages and boutonnieres for our attending teachers. You need to order 3 days in advance! 

 

Volunteer: We need your help during the auction.  This is a great way to meet people and see everyone’s attire! There are plenty of shifts, so you can help and have plenty of time for fun!

Pre-Check-In: NEW for 2023. To bid on silent auction items, live auction items, and socials, we need to run your credit card.

Avoid the long lines at the auction and have your credit card run before school on Friday. We will be in front of the school/community room starting at 7:15am. We can only put a hold on your card for 24 hours.  

 

Auction: On the day of the event, you will check in and receive a packet. There will be 2 lines.  One for those that did pre-check-in and one for those that have not checked in . Your packet will contain the following items:

-drink tickets that came with your purchase plus any additional drink tickets purchased

-bid stickers for silent auction, you will have a sheet of stickers with a number that has been assigned to you and your guest. To bid on an item, place your sticker on the bid sheet and your card on file will be charged, if you are the winner. 

-live auction paddle, this will have your bid number on it, live auction will be at 9:00pm

 

Braeburn: Valet parking is complimentary. Doors open at 6:30pm and our food service will begin at 7:00pm. You can use your drink ticket towards domestic beer, house wine, call drinks, or sodas. There are no ATMs on site and NO CREDIT CARDS will be accepted at the bar. It is a CASH BAR ONLY. We will not be selling additional drinks tickets.  We will have a running slideshow with your prom pictures. Email parkerauctiongala@gmail.com your prom photos!!!

 

Food: There will be dinner and dessert. It is not a seated dinner, it’s station style, meaning a variety of foods in smaller portions.  Vegetarian options will be available. Water, tea, and coffee will also be available. 

 

After: Drive home safely & don’t forget your kids! 

 

 

It’s BACK! After two years, our annual Auction Gala will be Friday, February 3rd at 6:30 PM at Braeburn Country Club. Our theme this year is PARKER PROM night through the decades, so don’t forget your dancing shoes and get ready to bid on some great items to raise money for our favorite elementary school!

In addition to the event entry including the live auction, you will also receive valet parking, station-style dinner, 1 drink ticket, and child care provided by the team at Westbury Baptist Church.

 


 The funds raised at this event provide classroom materials, outdoor enhancements, and teacher appreciation gifts, and overall supplement our school’s budget to provide EVERY student the best educational experience at Parker Elementary.

Host a social

Have you wanted to meet new parents, share a cool hobby, or just love to host parties? A Social can be geared towards kids, adults, or families! These will have limited space and be available first to Parker Prom attendees. Proposed socials must be registered by January 25th.

Build a basket

Each GRADE LEVEL will be asked to contribute items to a 'themed' basket that will be displayed and available for purchase during the auction at the Parker Prom. Contact your room parent about you grade's basket and items needed to fill the baskets.

Sponsor a table

This year’s auction will switch from a fully seated, sit-down dinner to more of a social-style event with food stations to encourage people to mingle, dance, and bid on items, but there will be four tables available for sponsor opportunities/reserved seating. Each table of ten can be sponsored for $1,000 per table and includes 10 event tickets. These four tables will be decorated to represent a specific decade - your choice!

Have an extra bottle of wine sitting around that is collecting dust or is not your favorite variety? Please give them to us! We are collecting any bottle of wine that retails for over $20. You can begin to drop off at Jeanette Mueller's house- 5615 Portal Dr.; a few blocks away from campus.
